To fulfill these aims unequalled funds are to be raised. 674 billions Roubles from the Federal Budget are to be spent. The whole program of nuclear power generation complex development is estimated almost at 1,5 trillion. Therefore more than 60% of funds are to be raised from non-budgetary sources.

«Nowadays Russian nuclear sector is open for cooperation not only with Russian but also with foreign private investors» - he declared. Vice Prime-Minister reminded that Russia «possesses the whole cycle of technologies and competencies in the nuclear power field».
